So, I think it's time to shed some light on the current FC situation. About 30%ish of the FC at the moment is taking a break. We're working on improving the situation by recruiting some fresh faces in the FC.

There are a few things we as an FC should be working on.

1. Company Action Credits.
We're currently low on company action credits, a good way to help is to run expert together as an FC, level a low level class through FATES, company expert delivery turn ins. (Hint: Greed the expert dungeon loots and turn those in!), get into crafting, ect ect. We just need to work together as an FC to improve those seals. :D

2. Airship.
Currently our Airship is at rank 31. We should be working together to build enterprise level parts so we can get more loot as an FC. :D

3. Communication.
Currently even though we do have some fresh faces, don't be afraid to say hello! Our FC was very vibrant with FC chat and I want to keep that reputation going! We also have a sister FC, they're known as Written in Red. (RED) in 3.1 we plan to ally with them with the alliance system, we're planning on making a LS between both FCs to help with the social aspect. (Optional)
